Damaged or Faulty Products

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Sometimes items get damaged in transit, and we will resolve this for you.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact the team via email at with images of the damage and details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
